We are proud that amongst the chaos of the transition from the old regime to the new rules brought about by the Licensing Act 2003, we ensured business continuity for all our clients in the sector.

Our expertise also encompasses more specialist licensing areas, advising clients on the range of licences they need to conduct their leisure business, from food licences to special treatment licences for the fitness and beauty sectors.

The vast majority of our clients are licence holders, ranging from an international hotel chain through to sole trader restaurant and bar owners. On the other side of the fence we also act for individuals blighted by badly run licensed premises, which gives us a 360 degree understanding of licensing issues.

Our approach is to take from our clients the burden of what can sometimes seem to be a bewildering maze of licensing requirements, to ensure that they are properly licensed and can focus on running their businesses.
