Rank Nemo (DMS) Limited & Others v Coutinho - Court of Appeal Judgement

Goodman Derrick LLP acted for Rank Nemo (DMS) Limited and other associated parties in the case of Rank Nemo (DMS) Limited & Others v Coutinho (A2/2008/2385) in their appeal on a point of law before the Court of Appeal heard on 20 March 2009.

The appeal concerned the jurisdiction of the Employment Tribunal to deal with certain applications after judgment.
