Areas of work:

Jessica has a range of experience in company commercial and corporate matters. In particular, she has experience advising on share and business sales and acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures and management buy outs and in drafting shareholders agreements, LLP agreements, share option schemes, terms and conditions of business, website terms and conditions and other commercial contracts. She also offers general company advice e.g. relating to articles of association, reductions of capital and buy back of own shares.

Career

In 2004 Jessica joined Goodman Derrick to begin her training contract. As part of her training contract Jessica spent time in the firm’s Company, Litigation, Property and Media departments. Jessica qualified as a Solicitor in the Corporate department in 2006.
